Colette Closed for Construction

Sarah of the now famous Colette store in Paris, has shut down shop for a bit to allow for some reorganization. The store is currently undergoing renovation to invigorate some new spirit and allow for some re-merchandising. Sarah has become almost genius at reinvention, she is constantly searching, forming and allowing the colette space to grow and mold itself into the amazing retail space it has become to do. They have also announced news of a few new mini store pop ups throughout the globe. For more info check out the fine folks over @ Highsnobiety.

A year ago as Barack Obama was beginning the democratic primary process I wrote an article about the people behind his Presidential campaign, people I felt were going to be the difference between him and Hillary. Your only as good as the pieces around you and Obama picked one of the best teams in the history of Presidential races. The Rolling Stones article reaffirms those prediction's from almost a year ago to date and as this process continues Obama's "team" will be the difference between who wins and loses. It was good times great oldies, a lot of good people came out, and a lot of people drank 40's until they got kicked out. Everybody ripped it, definitely a night to remember. So many people wanted a piece of Apple today that their servers were overloaded - and many customers were left without activation of their new I phones. It's amazing how one of the best technology companies in the world didn't prepare for a situation like this.
